As part of refreshed line-up, Logitech have revealed their new top-end universal remote, the Harmony Elite.
Logitech say the Elite delivers the same feature set as the harmony 950, paired with the power of the harmony Hub.
It can manage many elements of a smart home including linked gadgets like Philips Hue, LIFX lights, August smart locks, thermostats from Nest & Honeywell, gadgets from SmartThingsSM, INSTEON and smart home platforms IFTTT .
It’s also compatible with home entertainment gadgets like Apple TV, Roku, and Sonos and can be used with popular IR or Bluetooth game consoles such as Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation4, PlayStation3 or Wii.
Whether using the mobile app or advanced touchscreen remote, harmony Elite uses seamless manage of your entertainment—and your linked home. With the harmony Elite, you can replace remotes for as much as 15 entertainment devices, and combine that with manage popular smart home products including lights, locks, and thermostats, either directly with one touch, on customizable schedules, or even when away from home

The accompanying Logitech apps support iOS on the iphone 4S or later, iPad (3rd generation or later), iPad Mini, iPod touch (5th generation or later) with iOS 8.0 or higher. Or on Android Wi-Fi enabled smartphones with v4.2 or later.
